Steps
- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp skimmed Nestlé A+ Milk powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tbsp chopped pista,1/2 tbsp chopped almonds, 1/2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/2 tbsp ghee, and 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk. Mix together.

Knead the dough and make smooth roundshaped balls.

In a frying pan add oil.

Fry Prepared Gulab Jamun
- Step 5
Fry till it turns Slightly Golden in Colour
- Step 6
For Jaggery Syrup
In a Pan add water as required, 1/4 cup powdered jaggery, and 1 green elaichi. Boil till it thickens.
- Step 7
Allow it to Slightly Cool.
- Step 8
Add the Prepared Gulab Jamun in the Syrup.
- Step 9
Soak for a Few Minutes.
- Step 10
Remove from Syrup.
- Step 11
Serve.
