Mutton Mince Sloppy Joe Pie

For Mutton Mixture

In a pan add 1/4 cup minced mutton and cook it well.

Add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, salt as per taste,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, water as required, mix and simmer it well.

For Batter

In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour,1/2 tsp brown sugar, salt as per taste,3/4 tsp baking powder,1/4 egg,1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tsp oil and mix it well.

In a ceramic bowl add mutton mixture,1/8 cup grated mozzarella cheese and cover with a prepared batter.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 2025 minutes and serve hot.
