Steps
- Step 1
Start by making besan batter, taking 1.5 tbsp besan and mixing it with sufficient water, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Mix well, making sure no lumps are formed.
- Step 3
Now for the vada mixture, take a bowl and add 1/4 cup boiled potatoes, 1/4 cup chopped palak, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt.

Mash and mix properly.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots.
- Step 6
Make vadas from the mixture and keep aside.
- Step 7
Heat oil for deep frying, dip prepared vada into besan batter and deep fry the vadas.
- Step 8
Fry till its nicely cooked.
- Step 9
Add prepared vada into each pav and serve hot.
