Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 1 tbsp white til and dry roast till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Further, add 1 tsp oil and fry 2 dry red chillies till they puff up.
- Step 3
Add 5 kadi patta and saute till they turn crisp.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal and saute till golden brown.
- Step 5
Cool and blend to coarse powder.
- Step 6
Whisk hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp lemon juice and 2 tsp sugar.
- Step 7
Add the coarse powder, 1/8 tsp each of haldi and thing, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 8
Serve with your favorite snack.
