Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp suji, 5.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and whisk well.
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp chopped green chillies and 1/8 tsp grated ginger.
- Step 3
Pour in a little water and mix to obtain the right consistency of the batter.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp fruit salt and mix well.
- Step 5
Grease a plate with oil, pour the batter and steam for 10 minutes.
- Step 6
Once done, allow it to cool.
- Step 7
For tadka, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/8 tsp rai and 4 kadi patta.
- Step 8
Pour the tadka over the cooked dhokla.
- Step 9
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 10
Serve hot with mint chutney.
