Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked sago, 2 tbsp chopped spinach, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2
Season with 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, salt for taste and combine well
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 4
Next, knead a semisoft dough using 3 tbsp wheat flour, salt for taste and water as required
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide into equal parts and roll into a round shape.
- Step 7
Place the tofu mixture in centre and fold into a square.
- Step 8
Heat a pan with 1.5 tsp oil, place the squares and roast evenly until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve hot with chutney.
