Steps
- Step 1
Blanch 3 no palak and set aside
- Step 2
In a blender, add blanched palak, 1/2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 2 walnuts, 1/8 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/10 tsp salt and lemon juice.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4
Blend to a smooth paste and keep aside.
- Step 5
In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, pesto paste, add a little water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 6
Cover and rest the dough.
- Step 7
Divide into equal parts and shape into ball.
- Step 8
Roll into a round shape
- Step 9
Heat a nonstick tava and place the paratha
- Step 10
Cook on one side, flip and roast paratha using ghee.
- Step 11
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
