Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/3 cup grated pumpkin, 1 tbsp chopped jaggery, 1 tbsp rice flour, 1/4 tsp ghee, salt for taste and mix it well.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3
Make round small balls and flatten them in a round shape.
- Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the fritters until crisp and golden.

Serve hot with chutney
