Steps
- Step 1
First make a puree of 1/4 cup chopped palak.
- Step 2
In a bowl, take 1/4 cup wheat flour, palak puree, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, mixing well, knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.
- Step 3
For the filling, take a fresh bowl add 2 tbsp grated tofu, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp white til and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 5
Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls and flatten them to make a round paratha.
- Step 6
Take the filling mixture and put it in the centre.
- Step 7
Seal the edges and make a ball again.
- Step 8
Flatten and roll out into a round paratha again.
- Step 9
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it.
- Step 10
Flip and spread 1 tsp ghee on the paratha.
- Step 11
Make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 12
Serve hot.
