Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, mix together 1/3 cup boiled chopped sweet potato, 2 tbsp grated tofu, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Make tikki of the mixed mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
- Step 3
Heat 1 tsp oil and shallow fry tikkis.
- Step 4
Place the burger bun, cut horizontally into half.
- Step 5
Spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp mayonnaise, place 1/2 no of lettuce leaf, 2 slices onion, 2 slices tomato and tikki.
- Step 6
Cover with another half of bun.
- Step 7
Serve a yummy burger.
