Steps
- Step 1
In the fermented batter add 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped carrot and water if required to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Grease idli mould with 1/4 tsp oil and pour batter into it.
- Step 4
Cover & cook for 810min.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
