Steps
- Step 1
For Vegetable Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 3 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup chopped capsicum,1/8 cup chopped carrot,1/8 cup chopped broccoli and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce,salt as per taste,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, water as required, mix and simmer it well.
- Step 3
For Batter
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, salt as per taste,3/4 tsp baking powder,1/4 egg,1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tsp oil and mix it well.
- Step 4
In a ceramic bowl add vegetable mixture,1/8 cup grated mozzarella cheese, and cover with a prepared batter.
- Step 5
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes and serve hot.
