Steps
- Step 1
For Roti
In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour1/8th tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 4
For Noodles
In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 tsp grated ginger and saute it well.Then add into the 1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne carrot,1/8 cup julienne capsicum,1/8 cup julienne violet cabbage,1/4 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 5
Add into the boiled rice noodles, mix well and add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix it well.
- Step 6
Place whole wheat roti and spread 1 tbsp peanut butter and sauted rice noodle.
- Step 7
Roll it with a hand and serve
