Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/4 cup besan, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain and water as required
- Step 2
Whisk to a smooth and thick batter
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji
- Step 4
Add 1/2 cup diced green zucchini.
- Step 5
Heat oil for frying and drop a spoonful of the batter
- Step 6
Fry until crisp and golden brown
- Step 7
Serve with chutney
