Steps
- Step 1
Take a frying pan and heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté well.
- Step 3
Once the onions turn translucent, add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 2 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp chopped carrot and mix well.
- Step 4
Add a little water to the pan, cover and cook until done.
- Step 5
Once a beautiful aroma starts emitting, take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapattis.
