Steps
- Step 1
For Gatte
In a bowl add 4 tbsp besan,1/2 tbsp oil, 1/4th tsp salt and add water.
- Step 2
Mix well and make thin rolls.
- Step 3
Boil water in a pan and add the rolls in it, cover and cook.
- Step 4
Semi cook gatte rolls.
- Step 5
For Kadhi
In a heated pan add 1/2 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp dhania seeds,1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, water as required, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies and bring it to boil.
- Step 6
Add chopped semi cooked gatte and let it simmer.
- Step 7
Add 4 no. kadi patta.
- Step 8
Mix well.
- Step 9
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 10
Serve hot with rice.
