Nutty Mango Ice Cream

Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream until it develops soft peaks.

Gradually add 3 tbsp powdered sugar.

Then, add mango puree made by blenderizing 3/4 cup diced mango & beat until it forms soft peaks

Add 1 tbsp each of chopped almonds, and walnuts, and 2 tbsp of chopped mango.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds.

Fold it into the prepared mix until it all combines well.

Transfer into a container and freeze for 56 hours.

Nutty mango ice cream is ready to serve.
