Prepreparation
Boil 1.5 tbsp sweet corn and keep aside.
- Step 2
For Raita
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1.5 tbsp grated beetroot, 5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.

Mix everything well.
- Step 5
Garnish with sweet corn
- Step 6
Serve cold.
