Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 kadi patta leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp dhaina powder.
- Step 3
Cook soaked chana dal and add the cooked chana dal.
- Step 4
Let it simmer, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
