Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp julienne cabbage, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 3 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 6 tbsp of boiled sweet corn and mix well.
- Step 2
To this mix, further add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vinegar and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 3
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly mixed, scoop out a single portion on a serving plate.
