Steps
- Step 1
Prepreparation
Take 10 cashewnut and make a paste of it.
- Step 2
Make 2 tbsp onion paste and keep it aside.
- Step 3
For the marination
In a bowl, take 150 gm rohu fish, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp cashew paste, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp onion paste

Marinate the fish in this marinade
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and mix it well
- Step 6
For the doi maach gravy
Take a frying pan, heat 3 tsp oil
- Step 7
Add the marination, 1 clove, 2 green elaichi, 1 bay leaf
- Step 8
Add 2 marinated fish pieces
- Step 9
Cook it till the fish is cooked properly.
- Step 10
Serve doi maach hot with rice.
