Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, and add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Then, add 2 tbsp of chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped green chilli.

Saute all the ingredients well.

Add 2 tbsp oats, 40 ml water and stir well.

Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.

For the burger

Make tikki out of prepared upma.

Take 1 burger bun
- Step 10
Cut it into half
- Step 11
Spread 2 tsp mayonnaise on the cut bun
- Step 12
Add prepared patty over it, 1 cheese slice, 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato.
- Step 13
Cover it with another half of the bun and serve it.
