Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, add 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp methi seeds, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 5 no. kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp hing saute well. then add, 1/4th cup chopped palak, 1/4th tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp sugar and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp grated ginger, water and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Serve Hot
