Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp powdered sugar sugar and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup of maida, 1/4 tsp baking soda,1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup orange juice and 1/2 tsp pumpkin seeds, mix well, and knead into a thick batter.
- Step 4
Add a spoonful of the mixture to the muffin cups.
- Step 5
Bake muffins at 180 degrees for 20 mins.
- Step 6
Remove from the oven and keep aside to cool.
- Step 7
