Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup rajgira flour, 2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Add water and knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Roll the dough into pooris.
- Step 4
Heat oil for frying and deep fry the pooris.
