Steps
- Step 1
For Dosa Batter
Soak, grind and ferment 1 tbsp rice, 1 tsp urad dal, 1/8th tsp salt, water as required into a smooth batter.
- Step 2
For Paneer Bhurji
In a nonstick pan heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato and mix well till onions are translucent.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp each of haldi, coriander powder and salt followed by 2 tbsp grated paneer. Mix well .
- Step 5
Give a nestle twist by adding chopped spinach.
- Step 6
For Stuffed Dosa
In a nonstick tawa heat 1/2 tsp oil and pour a ladle of the batter and spread evenly. Cover and cook.
- Step 7
Spread the paneer bhurji over half the dosa and fold the dosa in half.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
