Steps
- Step 1
Heat pan with 4 tbsp ghee on medium flame.
- Step 2
Add 1 cup besan and roast until light brown.
- Step 3
Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and stir continuously until color changes.
- Step 4
Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down a little.
- Step 5
Now add 1/2 cup sugar powder, 1 tsp elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashew
- Step 7
Take a portion, bind it and roll into round laddoo.
- Step 8
Garnish with raisin or any nuts.
