Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp rai and 1/4 tsp jeera. Let them crackle.
- Step 3
Add 4 kadi patta, 1 tsp tur dal, 1 tsp chana dal and 1 tbsp grated dry coconut.
- Step 4
Mix well and let the mixture cool before transferring it to a blender.
- Step 5
To the mixture, add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 6
Blend until smooth.
- Step 7
Your chutney is ready to serve.
