First, cook 20gm spaghetti and keep it aside for the main preparation.

Next, beat an egg in a small bowl and keep aside.

Preparation
To prepare the spaghetti, heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan.

Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped each of red and green capsicum, the prepared beaten egg, and scramble.

Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, cooked spaghetti and toss all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Season it with 1/2 tsp each of red chilli flakes and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 7
Toss and let all the components mix well.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
